Board Moves September 20, 2022

Lithium Australia has appointed highly experienced industry executive Simon Linge as chief executive from January 2023, following the recent retirement of its managing director Adrian Griffin. Mr Linge has over 25 years of global manufacturing, recycling and engineering services experience within the manufacturing, recycling and resources industries.

Odin Metals has appointed José Merino as non-executive director. Mr Merino has over 15 years of experience in business development and M&A transactions within the natural resources sector. He is also a partner of iLiMarkets, an advisory firm specialising in the lithium industry.

Linton Putland and Rodney Baxter have resigned as non-executive directors of WA Kaolin. They joined the board in June 2020 and February 2022 respectively.

Guzmán Fernandez, who was appointed non-executive director of Xantippe Resources in March 2022, has resigned from the board having played a positive role in advancing the Carachi Pampa Lithium Project.
