Antipa Minerals has restructured its board to ensure it has the necessary executive capabilities as it heads towards the next stage of growth. Mark Rodda, non-executive director for the last 10 years, will become executive director of commercial and legal. Stephen Power, who has also been on the board for the last decade, will transition from executive chair to non-executive chair.
Vyril Vella will be retiring as non-executive director of Macmahon Holdings prior to the upcoming AGM in October. He has been involved with the company for more than twelve years, and will remain a shareholder.
Pilbara Minerals has appointed highly experienced resource industry executive Miriam Stanborough as non-executive director from October. Ms Stanborough is a chemical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral processing industry across various commodities including copper, uranium, gold, silver, alumina and mineral sands.
