Board Moves October 19, 2021

BBX Minerals has appointed Dr Marc Steffens as non-executive director, and Will Dix will step down from the board to focus on other opportunities. Dr Steffens is a metallurgist with strong metallurgical R&D, process development and study management experience covering Australian and international projects.

Justyn Stedwell has stepped down as non-executive director of Hexagon Energy Materials, having joined the company in December 2020 to help oversee the integration of Ebony Energy which has since finalised earlier this year. Recently appointed managing director Merrill Gray will join the board as executive director.

Roto-Gro International has appointed Leighton Richards as non-executive director, following the resignation of Matthew O'Kane from the board. Mr O'Kane has over 20 years of business experience across consumer goods, agriculture and health & wellness sectors in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China and India.

Titan Minerals has appointed Barry Bourne as non-executive director. Mr Bourne is a geologist and principal consultant of Terra Resources which specialises in geophysical survey design, acquisition, processing, modelling, inversion, data integration, interpretation and drill hole targeting.

Vimy Resources has appointed Wayne Bramwell as non-executive director. Mr Bramwell is a mining executive and company director with over 30 years of experience in Australian and international project evaluation, development and operations across the base metals, precious metals and bulk commodity sectors.
