BNK Banking Corporation has appointed Daniel Crennan KC as non-executive director. Mr Crennan was a barrister at the Victorian Bar, including as a Queen's Counsel for 16 years until 2018, with areas of expertise in banking and finance, compliance, continuous disclosure and markets.
Crater Gold Mining has appointed Laura Woods as joint company secretary. Ms Woods is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 8 years of experience in accounting, external audit and corporate governance.
Michelle Woolhouse has resigned as non-executive director of DEVELOP Global, and will depart at a mutually agreeable date. Ms Woolhouse intends to resume her executive career in the banking sector.
