Bannerman Energy has appointed resources and corporate affairs executive Alison Terry as non-executive director. Ms Terry has a deep understanding of sustainability, ESG dynamics, legal and corporate affairs, and the complexities of major operations.
David Boshoff will become the managing director of BCI Minerals in November, and Kerryl Bradshaw will remain as interim CEO until Mr Boshoff commences before resuming her role as chief financial officer. Mr Boshoff has over 20 years of leadership experience within the mining industry, and was involved in the delivery of large capital projects.
Catalyst Metals has appointed current non-executive director James Champion de Crespigny as managing director. Mr Champion de Crespigny is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in capital markets, financing, and mergers & acquisitions, primarily in the mining sector. He was appointed to the board in October 2021 and will focus on revitalising the Henty operations and guiding the company through the next phase in its life cycle.
DRA Global has formally appointed James Smith as chief executive. Mr Smith has been acting as interim CEO since March 2022.
Kalium Lakes has appointed Bob Adam and Simon Wandke as independent non-executive directors. Mr Adam is a senior executive with 40 years of experience in project development, management and operational improvement within the resources industry. Mr Wandke has also been leading multi-country strategy, commercial development and implementation for global mining and mineral assets for over 40 years.
Phil Hoskins has resigned as non-executive director of Marvel Gold, to focus on his executive role as managing director of ASX-listed Evolution Energy Minerals.
OreCorp has appointed Michael Davis as non-executive director, following the impending departure of Robert Rigo who has served on the board since 2016. Mr Davis has 33 years of experience in the design and operation of mineral processing projects. He also has extensive experience with the full project life cycle from discovery, definition, design, commissioning and operation through to closure.
Peter Brecht has retired as non-executive director of SRG Global, after 8 years with the company.
