Board Moves October 11, 2023

Aspermont has appointed David Straface as company secretary, taking over from Tim Edwards who has been with the company as a financial controller since February 2017 and company secretary since February 2020. Mr Straface is a company director, advisor and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance industry. He was company secretary of Aspermont from July 2016 to February 2020.

INOVIQ has advised that at its upcoming AGM on 29 November, David Williams will be appointed non-executive chair. Mr Williams is a director and investment banker with experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. He has experience advising ASX-listed companies in the food, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. He will succeed Dr Geoffrey Cumming who has held the role since the acquisition of Sienna Cancer Diagnostics in July 2020. Dr Cumming will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
