Board Moves November 24, 2022

Hoirim Jung has resigned as non-executive director of Blackstone Minerals. He was appointed to the board in April 2020 as a representative of Ecopro, who was a proposed partner to support the company in building a vertically integrated project in Northern Vietnam.

Marvel Gold has appointed Howard Golden as non-executive director, replacing Andrew Pardey who is stepping down due to commitments associated with his role as managing director of ASX-listed Predictive Discovery. Mr Golden has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, having worked across six continents and held senior executive roles with major listed companies.

Shastri Ramnath has resigned as non-executive director of Meteoric Resources, having joined the board since 2017.  

Andrew Ritter has resigned as company secretary of Verbrec, having held the role since February 2020.
