Board Moves November 18, 2021

Stephen Gerlach and Kevin Reid have resigned as non-executive chair and non-executive director of AML3D respectively. Mr Gerlach has been with the company since 2019 and was involved in the early growth phase of the business, especially during its IPO.

Anglo Australian Resources has appointed Justin Osborne as non‐executive director. Mr Osborne is a highly experienced mining executive and exploration geologist with a career spanning more than 30 years. He was involved in leading the exploration team at Gold Road Resources that drilled out the Gruyere Gold Project in Western Australia.

Gascoyne Resources has made several changes to the board and management structure. Chief financial officer David Coyne has been promoted to the newly created role of finance director and joins the board as executive director, Tejal Magan who was head of finance will become chief financial officer, and executive general manager David Baumgartel becomes chief operating officer.

Peter Evans has resigned as non-executive director of Newfield Resources.

Colin McCavana has resigned as non-executive chair of Northern Minerals. Mr McCavana has been a founding director and is a shareholder of the company. He has been involved in the development of the company from a grassroots explorer to a producer of rare earth carbonate from the Browns Range rare earth project.
