Our board moves wrap includes Margaret Hall, Paul Say, Shannan Bamforth, Phil Thick, Stuart Tarrant, Barry Woodhouse, Nick Marinelli, Natasha Santi, and Ryan Woodhouse.

Beach Energy has appointed Margaret Hall as an alternate director for Ryan Stokes. Ms Hall is the chief executive of Seven Group Holdings Energy and has over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Cedar Woods Properties has appointed Paul Say as an independent non-executive director. Mr Say has over 40 years of experience in the commercial and residential property sectors.

Codrus Minerals has appointed Shannan Bamforth as managing director. Mr Bamforth is a geologist with over 20 years of experience in the resources industry, with a focus on base metals and gold. He has held exploration, operations and corporate roles in Australia, Africa, China, and Indonesia.

Lithium Australia has appointed Phil Thick as non-executive director and Stuart Tarrant as chief financial officer. Mr Thick has over 30 years of senior executive experience in oil and gas, mining and chemical processing within large multinational companies, smaller ASX-listed companies and privately-owned companies. Mr Tarrant is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience across a range of industries including mineral extraction, mineral exploration, financial institutions and agribusiness. He takes over from Barry Woodhouse, who remains a company secretary.

Nick Marinelli has been appointed an independent non-executive director of MACA. Mr Marinelli has over 35 years of industry experience in the construction, infrastructure services and utilities sectors.

Natasha Santi has replaced Ryan Woodhouse as company secretary of Saturn Metals. Mrs Santi has governance, administrative and accounting experience, and has been a company secretary for several ASX-listed companies.
