Board Moves May 16, 2022

Monger Gold has appointed Yehoshua (Shuie) Gestetner as an interim independent non-executive director, following the resignation of Romy Hersham due to other work commitments. Mr Gestetner has extensive background in management consulting, strategic development and fundraising; and has been a global investor for nearly a decade. He will be considered for election as a non-executive director at the upcoming AGM at the end of the month.

Peninsula Energy has appointed Brian Booth as non-executive director. Mr Booth is an experienced mining executive with over 35 years of experience with major and junior mining companies across the mineral exploration and mining sectors. He also has extensive North American mining and capital markets experience, which will be critical to the company as its Lance Project transitions towards a production phase.
