Ionic Rare Earths has appointed Sufian Ahmad as non-executive director. Mr Ahmad has over 10 years of experience within the resource sector, in the provision of corporate advisory services. He is the founder of Sixty Two Capital, an advisory firm specialising in the growth and funding of emerging ASX companies.

Deborah Ho has resigned as joint company secretary of K-TIG.

Natalie Teo has replaced Joan Dabon as company secretary of Mustera Property Group.
