Board Moves March 7, 2023

Australian Strategic Materials has appointed current chief executive Rowena Smith as managing director. Ms Smith has been with the company since July 2021, and as chief executive since July 2022.

Bellavista Resources has appointed Michael Naylor as a non-executive director. Mr Naylor has 26 years of experience in corporate advisory and public company management. He will resign as joint company secretary following this appointment.

Jill Kelley has resigned as executive director of Ionic Rare Earths, after 21 months in the role.

Rey Resources has appointed company secretary William Kuan as non-executive director. Mr Kuan has been with the company since July 2020.

Suvo Strategic Minerals has restructured its board and management team as the company focuses on the next phase of operations. It has appointed Hugh Thomas as chief executive from April 2023, and both executive directors Aaron Banks and Henk Ludik will transition to interim non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively. Mr Thomas has over 35 years of commercial and operational experience within the natural resources sector.

Ten Sixty Four has appointed Deborah Ho as company secretary, replacing Peter Alphonso who will remain a consultant with the company. Ms Ho has over 10 years of company secretarial, corporate compliance and governance experience across a range of industries including the resources, technology and biomedical sectors.

TMK Energy has appointed Professor John Warburton as a non-executive director. Prof Warburton has extensive ASX-listed company experience and has worked with internationally recognised companies in various roles and locations throughout the world.
