Board Moves March 7, 2022

Enterprise property management platform provider AssetOwl has appointed Adrian Siah as non-executive director. Mr Siah has held senior management roles in New Zealand prior to relocating to Australia 15 years ago. He also has longstanding connections within the real estate industry, which will be particularly relevant as the company seeks to expand its East Coast presence.

Johnathon Busing has resigned as non-executive director of Caeneus Minerals, but will remain as the company secretary.

Nathan McMahon has stepped down as non-executive director of Cazaly Resources. Mr McMahon was a founder of the company and served as joint managing director until 2001.

MEC Resources has appointed Steven James as non-executive director, following the resignations of Doug Verley & Geoff Murray from the board. Mr James has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked for Australia’s largest banks as well as European and American institutions. He has a thorough knowledge across foreign exchange trading, financial planning, capital raisings and stockbroking.

e-Commerce and digital marketing company RooLife Group has appointed current chief financial officer Jyotika Gondariya as joint company secretary.
