Board Moves March 4, 2021

Tammie Dixon has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Capricorn Metals. Chief executive Kim Massey will oversee the company’s financial functions and perform the role of company secretary on an interim basis.

Katina Nadebaum has resigned as joint company secretary of Macmahon Holdings.

David Iverach has retired as non-executive director of Tempo Australia. Dr Iverach has been on the board since 2017.
