Board Moves March 31, 2023

Wyatt Buck, non-executive director of Boss Energy since October 2020, has been appointed non-executive chair. He takes over from Peter O'Connor who has resigned to focus on his health. The company has also appointed Derek Hall to replace Mathew O'Hara as company secretary. Mr Hall is a Chartered Accountant and highly experienced company secretary who has worked with several companies across the resources, green energy and technology sectors.

Peter Coppini has replaced Ian Hobson as company secretary of Decmil Group. Mr Coppini is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. He has over 15 years of experience in the accounting profession nationally and internationally.

Jonathan Fisher has resigned as non-executive director of Pearl Gull Iron due to increased workload from other executive positions. Mathew O'Hara has been appointed to the board to fill the vacancy. Mr O'Hara is a Chartered Accountant with extensive professional experience in capital markets, corporate financing, financial reporting and governance. He has been a director, company secretary and chief financial officer of several ASX-listed companies, predominantly in the resources sector.

Stuart Baker has resigned as non-executive director of TMK Energy due to increased demands from other business interests. Mr Baker was one of the founding directors of Telmen Energy, which was acquired by TMK in February 2022.
