Board Moves March 30, 2023

Kathryn Soares, executive director of ActivePort Group since September 2022, will become head of global partners from April. She will help build the company’s global partnership strategy and deliver global partner growth of its software.

Dacian Gold has appointed current financial controller Sonia Hamilton-Browne as joint company secretary.

Delta Drone International has appointed David Morton as an independent non-executive director, with Christian Viguie and Nicolas Clerc both retiring as non-executive directors at the end of April. Mr Morton has extensive experience as chair and director of ASX-listed and unlisted technology companies, and had spent 40 years in senior executive roles at Westpac Banking Corporation and HSBC's offices in Australia and Asia Pacific.

DXN has appointed non-executive director Peter McGrath as non-executive chair. Mr McGrath has been on the board since November 2022. He has been the chief executive of several major Australian telecommunications firms, and has extensive experience in equity capital markets and corporate finance.

New Zealand Coastal Seafoods has appointed co-founder and executive director Aldo Miccio as chair, and Nine Ocean Group executive Peter Chai as managing director. New Zealand Coastal Seafoods had recently acquired Nine Ocean Group where Mr Chai has been involved in since its inception. Mr Chai also has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, and had held senior roles in various listed entities across Australia, South East Asia and Hong Kong.
