Board Moves March 3, 2021

First Graphene has appointed Michael Quinert as non-executive director. Mr Quinert, founding partner of Quinert Rodda Lawyers, practices commercial and corporate law with a focus on capital raising and listing rule compliance. He has been involved with ASX-listed companies, as legal counsel and as a director, within the mining and technology sectors.

David Messina and Stephen Keenihan has resigned as managing director and executive director of Whitebark Energy respectively. Mr Messina will remain with the company to enable an orderly transition and assist with the handover to his replacement. Meanwhile, Matthew White and Duncan Gordon have been appointed to the board. Mr White has over 27 years of experience as an accountant, business and tax advisor; including over 12 years as a registered mortgage broker and over 3 years as a financial planner. Mr Gordon, founder and co-principal of Adelaide Equity Partners, has extensive experience as a corporate and financial advisor to the mining and natural resources sector.
