Australian medical technology company Artrya has appointed Mathew Regan as chief executive, with co-founder and managing director John Barrington AM stepping down from the company. Mr Regan is an experienced executive who has worked for ASX-listed companies in multi-disciplinary environments, from supply chain and logistics to finance and trading. He has a background of leading large information technology teams and delivering transformative change in large corporate environments.
Philip Bainbridge will be retiring as non-executive director of Beach Energy at the end of the month. He has been with the board since March 2016.
Cygnus Metals has appointed experienced Canadian-based resources director Kevin Tomlinson as an independent non-executive chair from April 2023, taking over from Ray Shorrocks who will be transitioning to a non-executive director. Shaun Hardcastle, non-executive director since July 2020, will also be stepping down from the board in April. Mr Tomlinson has over three decades of experience in major discoveries, exploration and resource growth, mine development and financing of mining projects globally. Has led numerous Australian and Canadian resources companies from their early-exploration phase through to production and cashflow.
DXN has appointed Tim Hannon and Brendan Power as non-executive directors, replacing John Baillie & John Dimitropoulos who have both resigned as non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively due to other commitments. Mr Hannon has 25 years of experience in the investment and securities market and is the principal of Conrad Capital Group, a corporate advisory & funds management group, and managing director of Gaia Natural Capital. Mr Power has over 30 years of business management experience, a public speaker and published author, and managing director of Clear to Work and Safe Food Pro Partners - both large successful private companies within the education, hospitality, and software sectors.
Harvest Technology Group has appointed Ross McKinnon as non-executive director from April. Mr McKinnon is a director with extensive corporate and technology experience, who has led high performance teams within large international corporations across the finance, aerospace, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Mont Royal Resources has appointed Ronnie Beevor as a non-executive director, following the resignation of founding director Michael O'Keeffe who will remain a shareholder of the company. Mr Beevor has over 40 years of experience in investment banking and mining, and has been a company director and chair of several mining companies in Australia and internationally.
Nanollose has appointed Emily Spano as joint company secretary. Ms Spano is an experienced corporate lawyer and consultant with significant knowledge of corporate law, capital markets and corporate governance.
There has been some changes to the board structure at NiCo Resources with Peter Cook replacing founding director Warren Hallam who has resigned as non-executive chair due to other commitments and opportunities, Jonathan Shellabear taking over from Rod Corps as managing director and chief executive with Mr Corps transitioning to a non-executive director, and Teck Lim resigning as chief financial officer on 21 April. Mr Cook is a geologist and mineral economist with over 35 years of experience in exploration, project, operational and corporate management of resource companies. Mr Shellabear has over 30 years of experience in the Australian and international mining industry, having worked as a geologist, resource analyst, senior corporate executive and investment banker globally.
