Board Moves March 24, 2023

Celsius Resources has appointed Attilenore Manero as non-executive sustainability director, Julito Sarmiento will transition from non-executive chair to executive chair, and executive director Peter Hume will become managing director of the group. Ms Manero, former non-executive director of the company from February 2021 to September 2021, has been a community relations manager in the Philippines and specialises in social and environmental impacts management.

Tamara Barr has resigned as company secretary of ChemX Materials after 2 years with the company. Stephen Strubel, executive director since October 2020 and interim managing director from November 2022 to February 2023, will take on the additional role of a company secretary.

GWR Group has appointed Rhys Davies as joint company secretary. Mr Davies has over 19 years of experience working with public and private companies in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He has worked across the mining, agriculture, wholesale distribution, oil & gas, and public sectors.

Ozz Resources has appointed non-executive director Tim Slate as company secretary, taking over from Stuart Usher who will be stepping down after two and a half years in the role.

Viridis Mining & Minerals has appointed Shannon Robinson and Carly Terzanidis as joint company secretaries, following the resignation of Ian Pamensky. Ms Robinson is an experienced corporate specialist with expertise in providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and listings of companies on the ASX and AIM. Ms Terzanidis is a Chartered Secretary and an experienced corporate professional with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets and governance.
