Board Moves March 21, 2023

John Dorward has resigned as managing director of Vital Metals and will serve out his 3-month notice as chief executive. The company is conducting an international search for a new CEO to develop the Tardiff Deposit at the Nechalacho Rare Earth Project in Canada.

Wide Open Agriculture has appointed Joanne Ford as non-executive director, following the resignation of Stuart McAlpine who has been on the board since 2015. Ms Ford is a company director with over 30 years of experience in ASX and overseas listed groups, startups and not-for-profit companies. Her appointment falls in line with the company’s commitment to have a minimum of 2 female directors on the board.
