Clayton Witter and Christian West have stepped down from the board of Aspermont, a market leader in B2B media for the global resource industries, having held the roles of non-executive directors since May 2017. The company has appointed Tricia Klinger as non-executive director. Ms Klinger has over 20 years of business experience in digital marketing and communications including publications, sponsorship and events with some high-profile consumer and B2B brands in Asia and Australia.
EcoGraf has appointed current chief financial officer Howard Rae to the board as an executive finance director. Mr Rae has been with the company since 2017.
Phillip Campbell has retired as non-executive chair of Fleetwood, with current non-executive director John Klepec taking over the role.
Christiaan Jordaan has stepped down as managing director of New Energy Minerals but remains with the company as a non-executive director in the short term. It follows the company’s strategy for tightening costs as much as possible pending completion of a new project acquisition and re-admission of the company to the ASX. Current non-executive chair Ian Daymond will become interim executive chair until a new managing director is appointed.
