Board Moves March 15, 2022

4DS Memory has appointed Kenneth Hurley as chief executive and managing director, taking over from Dr Guido Arnout who will retire as CEO & MD but remains with the company as a non-executive director and become a part-time employee, as an advisor to Mr Hurley. Mr Hurley has over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and an extensive network of contacts in memory chip manufacturers and users.

Following an executive and board restructure, Suvo Strategic Minerals has appointed Henk Ludik as interim non-executive chair, Oliver Barnes as non-executive director, and Marty Helean as chief operating officer while it continues its search for a chief executive. Robert Martin has resigned as executive chair. Mr Ludik is a mining engineer with over 20 years of mining experience in engineering, feasibility, mine optimisation, ESG and corporate finance. Mr Barnes has over 20 years of experience in natural resources and asset development; and in carbon, rural  development, ESG and clean technology commercialisation.

Leonard Math has taken over from Ian Pamensky as company secretary of Torian Resources. Mr Math is a Chartered Accountant who has been working with ASX-listed companies as a company secretary and company director for over 15 years.
