Board Moves March 1, 2021

Azure Minerals has appointed experienced resources directors and corporate executives Brian Thomas as non-executive chair and Annie Guo as non-executive director. Mr Thomas is an experienced director and corporate executive with significant domestic and international resources experience. He replaces Peter Ingram who has stepped down as chair and will retire from the board at the end of June, after a handover period. Ms Guo has over 20 years of experience in the mining and resources sector, and is the nominee of major shareholder the Creasy Group where she is the group general manager.

Botanix Pharmaceuticals has terminated the consultancy agreement with executive director Dr Michael Thurn, and he has resigned from the board.

Force Commodities has appointed Jeremy Whybrow as non-executive director. Mr Whybrow has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, domestically and internationally. He has devised, developed and executed exploration programs in some of the most remote places globally.

Patrick Glovac has stepped down as non-executive director of TAO Commodities. Vaughn Taylor has been appointed a non-executive director and will join the board on March 3. Mr Taylor has extensive multi-sector global investment experience and extensive global network, particularly in Australia and the US. He manages a significant diversified investment portfolio with regional exposure across Australia, US and the UK; within the healthcare, financial services, funds management, real estate, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.
