Board Moves June 28, 2023

Athena Resources has appointed Jonathan Murray, a partner at legal firm Steinepreis Paganin, as acting chair for the company’s AGM today. He then resigned from the position at the close of business.

NiCo Resources has appointed Stewart Findlay as non-executive director. Mr Findlay has over 25 years of banking and financial markets experience; in arranging project finance, senior secured debt and corporate finance facilities, equity investments, commodity hedging arrangements; and providing corporate advice to a large number of resource companies.
