Board Moves June 20, 2023

Otto Energy has conducted a formal strategic review of its operations and has made several changes to its board and management structure. Mike Utsler, executive chair and chief executive for the last 2.5 years, will now provide consulting services to the company to ensure a smooth transition and handover to newly appointed chief executive Steve Herod. Mr Herod has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry within USA, and a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and CEO. Current non-executive directors John Jetter and Paul Senycia will become non-executive chair and non-executive deputy chair respectively.

Following yesterday’s announcement of a board renewal at Ten Sixty Four, it has been confirmed that Debra Bakker will be non-executive chair and Robert Milbourne will be its new managing director. The company has also appointed Karl Schlobohm to replace Jack Rosagro as company secretary, and Nicola Gill as interim chief financial officer.
