Board Moves June 19, 2023

Neil Hackett will be stepping down as non-executive director of Ardiden at the end of the month. Mr Hackett has been a non-executive director for more than 10 years, and was chair from 2015 to 2021.

Resolute Mining has appointed Keith Marshall as non-executive director. Mr Marshall is a mining engineer with extensive technical and managerial expertise, including underground mining and caving, gained over 40 years in the sector. In the last 15 years, he had held senior mine leadership roles.

Suvo Strategic Minerals has appointed current chief executive Hugh Thomas as managing director, and Henk Ludik has resigned as non-executive director.

Ten Sixty Four has advised of the resignations of non-executive chair Dr Kate George, managing director Jeff McGlinn, non-executive directors Simon Mottram and Andrew Hunt, chief financial officer Patrick Warr, and company secretary Deborah Ho. It has since appointed new members to the board including Andrew Brown, Debra Bakker, William DeCooman Jr, Jonathan Shellabear and Walter Milbourne Jr; as well as Jack Rosagro as company secretary.

Imants Kins, non-executive director of Xantippe Resources since October 2021, has resigned from the board.
