Board Moves June 14, 2023

Katherine Garvey has resigned as company secretary of engineering and construction provider Aerison Group and its subsidiaries. She had been with the company since December 2020.

Helios Energy has appointed Henko Vos as company secretary, taking over from John Palermo who will be stepping down from the role after 5.5 years. Mr Vos has extensive experience as a company secretary with various listed public companies within the industrial and resource sectors.

Suvo Strategic Minerals has advised of the passing of its non-executive director Dr Ian Wilson. Dr Wilson was one of the foremost authorities in the Kaolin Industry across the globe. He joined the board in August 2020 and had guided the company as it progresses from an explorer to the only hydrous kaolin producer in Australia.
