Board Moves June 1, 2022

3D Metalforge has appointed Henko Vos as company secretary, replacing Deborah Ho who has been in the role since 2020. Mr Vos has been a company secretary with listed public companies within the industrial and resource sectors.  

Michael Schmulian will be retiring as non-executive chair of BBX Minerals on 30 June. Mr Schmulian has been a director of the company since 2011, and chair since 2012.

Conico has appointed Thomas Abraham-James as non-executive director. Mr Abraham-James is an experienced geologist and director within the mineral exploration industry. He is also the co-founder of Helium One Global, and a founder & previous chief executive of Longland Resources which is a subsidiary of Conico.

Global Lithium Resources has appointed current executive director Ron Mitchell as managing director. Mr Mitchell joined the board in March 2022 as executive director of markets & growth.

Indiana Resources has appointed Michael Rosenstreich as an independent non-executive director. Mr Rosenstreich is a geologist with more than 30 years of experience in exploration and development across multiple commodities including gold, base metals and specialty energy materials.

Pilbara Minerals has promoted current chief operating officer Dale Henderson to managing director and chief executive, following the decision by Ken Brinsden to step down as managing director at the end of July. Mr Henderson has been the chief operating officer since 2017.

Poseidon Nickel has appointed Warren Hallam as non-executive director. Mr Hallam is a metallurgist and mineral economist with extensive operational and executive experience and expertise in financing, developing and operating of base metal and gold projects within Australia.

After 11 years as managing director and non-executive director of Veris and its forerunner OTOC Limited, Adam Lamond has resigned from the board. He will be replaced by current chief executive Dr Michael Shirley, who has been appointed managing director.
