Board Moves July 8, 2021

Harvest Technology Group has appointed Stuart Carmichael as an independent non-executive director. Mr Carmichael is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the provision of corporate finance and advisory services across multiple geographies and industries. He has been an advisor to the company.

Chris Campbell-Hicks has resigned as non-executive director of Mount Burgess Mining, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Mount Burgess (Botswana), due to increasing work commitments as principal metallurgical consultant at Sedgeman. The company has appointed Robert Brougham as non-executive director. Mr Brougham has vast experience in commissioning, plant operations and maintenance of base metal projects in Australia, Zambia, Eritrea and Indonesia. He has in-depth knowledge of the company’s polymetallic Kihabe-Nxuu project in Botswana, having been the principal metallurgist involved in all the metallurgical test work conducted on the project during his tenure at ProMet Engineering.

Charles Morgan has resigned as non-executive chair of Whitebark Energy. Mr Morgan served on the board for the last 6 years. Duncan Gordon, who joined the board in March 2021 as non-executive director, will transition to the role of non-executive chair. The company has also appointed Giustino Guglielmo as a non-executive director. Mr Guglielmo is a petroleum engineer with over 40 years of technical, managerial and senior executive experience in Australia and internationally.
