Board Moves July 31, 2023

Blaze Minerals has appointed Sonu Cheema as company secretary, following the resignation of Steve Samuel. Both Mr Cheema and Mr Samuel are executives of corporate advisory firm Cicero Group, which has since merged with Nexia Perth.

Michelle Guthrie has resigned as non-executive director of BNK Banking Corporation. She was appointed to the board in July 2021.

Rowan Harland has replaced Arron Canicais as company secretary of Lion Energy. Mr Harland is a corporate advisor at SmallCap Corporate, a boutique corporate advisory firm specialising in providing company secretarial, CFO and transaction management services to listed and unlisted companies.

Nick Woolrych, non-executive director of New World Resources since December 2022, will transition to a full-time role as executive director and chief operating officer. Mr Woolrych has over 20 years of experience in the natural resources industry, and has been involved in financing, operations, contracting and project development within Australia and internationally. He has been integral in the company’s mine study and mine development work, including overseeing preparation of the Updated Scoping Study into the potential development of the Antler Copper Deposit.

Patrick Holywell has stepped down as non-executive director of Redcastle Resources, having been on the board since November 2019.

Nick Allan has resigned as chief operating officer, chief financial officer and company secretary of Resonance Health. He joined the company in May 2021 and was instrumental in improving and upgrading legacy systems including its job management software, FAST.
