Board Moves July 10, 2023

Paul Guilfoyle, founder of Harvest Technology Group, has resigned as executive director in order to focus solely on the operational leadership of the company in his role as group chief executive. He will continue to hold directorships in its subsidiary companies.

Kin Mining has appointed current non-executive director Rowan Johnston as executive chair from August following the resignation of Andrew Munckton as managing director, and Joe Graziano will transition from non-executive chair to non-executive director. Mr Johnston has over 40 years of experience in the resources industry, including significant experience as a company director in both executive and non-executive roles. He joined the company’s board in July 2022.

Stephen Wetherall will be stepping down as managing director and chief executive of Lucapa Diamond Company at the end of July. Nick Selby, executive director of operations since September 2017, will take over as interim chief executive.

Red 5 has appointed Peter Johnston as a non-executive director. Mr Johnston is a highly experienced Australian mining executive and company director with over 35 years of operational and project development experience.
