Board Moves January 9, 2023

CI Resources has appointed Keng Siew Ong as an independent non-executive director, taking over from Dato Sri Kamaruddin bin Mohammed who has resigned from the board having been a non-executive director since January 2013. Mr Ong began his career with Paramount Corporation Berhad in 1981 as an accountant and had held various positions during his 30-year tenure including as managing director and chief executive in June 2012.

De Grey Mining has appointed Emma Scotney as an independent non-executive director. Ms Scotney is a highly experienced business advisor and corporate lawyer with over 25 years of combined experience in the mining, agricultural and property industries.

Equinox Resources has appointed Gower Jia He as chief executive. Mr He has over 20 years of experience as a mining executive and iron ore, lithium & battery metals industry professional.

Jimmy Lee and Datuk Chin An Lau have resigned as non-executive directors of GWR Group. They have been directors since 2010 and 2011 respectively.
