Board Moves January 4, 2022

Alterra has appointed highly experienced agribusiness executive and investor Greg Harvey as executive director, with non-executive director & company secretary Mark Clements taking over from John McGlue as non-executive chair. Mr Harvey is an experienced and entrepreneurial agribusiness leader with over 25 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. He is a director of Penagri, a 17.4% shareholder in Alterra.

Celsius Resources has appointed Robert Gregory as managing director. Mr Gregory is a highly experienced mining engineer with a track record in corporate and operational management. He has been involved in a range of public-listed companies throughout Australia, the UK, and Asia.

Metalicity has appointed executive director Justin Barton as managing director and chief executive.  Mr Barton has been with the company since 2016. He has been performing the roles of chief financial officer and chief executive since June 2021.

Predictive Discovery has appointed current chief executive Andrew Pardey as managing director. Mr Pardey joined the board in March 2021 as non-executive director and became chief executive in October.

Talon Energy has advised that David Casey will transition from executive director to non-executive director. Mr Casey was previously chief executive and managing director of the company.

Ian Hobson has replaced John Geary as company secretary of VRX Silica. Mr Hobson is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with 35 years of experience. Mr Geary has been with the company since 2010 and will be undertaking a variety of other roles within the company.
