Black Mountain Energy has appointed Ashley Zumwalt-Forbes as an alternate director for Rhett Bennett. Ms Zumwalt-Forbes is an engineer with 10 years of experience in acquiring, financing, and developing both greenfield and brownfield natural resources projects around the world.
Peninsula Energy has appointed Rachel Rees as non-executive director. Ms Rees is an international presenter with over 25 years of experience in senior executive roles within multinational listed and unlisted companies across diverse industries including uranium, transport and logistics, industrial conglomerates, agriculture and member-based associations.
Seven Group Holdings has appointed Rachel Argaman as an independent non-executive director. Ms Argaman has extensive operational and leadership experience across a number of sectors. She is the chief executive of Opal HealthCare, Australia’s largest private residential aged care provider, and had led the business through its response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Royal Commission into Aged Care, Quality and Safety.
Winchester Energy has appointed current chief operating officer Doug Holland as executive technical director. Mr Holland has been with the company since March 2020, and his appointment comes as the company’s production is at an all-time high and the imminent commencement of the Varn Oil Field development.
