Board Moves February 4, 2022

Colin La Galia will be stepping down as chief executive of Epichem, a subsidiary of PharmAust, in March. Mr La Galia joined the company in October 2019 and is pursuing another opportunity in Perth, with a business that is not a competitor of Epichem or PharmAust.

Frontier Resources has appointed David Frances as non-executive chair, taking over from Alec Pismiris who has resigned after over 2.5 years on the board. Mr Frances is an international executive of nearly 30 years with a track record of transacting, discovering, funding, developing and operating assets in Australia and Africa.
