Board Moves February 28, 2022

Following a corporate restructure at Arrow Minerals, Howard Golden will step down as managing director with technical director Hugh Bresser taking over as managing director from March. Mr Golden will continue in a business development role until 30 May before departing the company to pursue other professional and personal interests.

Erich Fraunschiel has retired as a non-executive chair of BWP Trust, with current non-executive director Tony Howarth AO succeeding Mr Fraunschiel as chair. Mr Fraunschiel joined the board in February 2015 and was chair since December 2015. Mr Howarth has been with the board since 2012.

Perenti has appointed Craig Laslett as non-executive director. Mr Laslett is a civil engineer with nearly 40 years of engineering, project management and executive experience across some of Australia’s largest public-listed mining services and infrastructure companies.
