Board Moves February 23, 2021

The three new directors have high-level technical skills as well as deep experience in finance, project development, renewable energy and the transition to an integrated energy future.  It comes at a time when the company is heading through the next phase of its growth, starting with the 2021 exploration drilling program.

Joel Nicholls, executive director since March 2020, will transition to a non-executive director in March when Mr Gray commences with the company.

VDM Group has appointed HuaDong Guo as non-executive director. Mr Guo is a highly successful businessman who has owned and operated businesses in several east Africa countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Congo, Angola and South Sudan over the past 40 years across a range of industries including construction, mining, forestry and electronics.
