Chalice Mining has appointed highly experienced global mining executive Stephen McIntosh as non-executive director. Mr McIntosh has a global career spanning more than 30 years at Rio Tinto. He has been involved in the discovery, evaluation and/or development of multiple major projects across a diverse range of commodities.
Eagle Mountain Mining has appointed Manuel Ramos as chief executive of its wholly-owned US subsidiary Silver Mountain Mining Operations Inc, the operator of the Oracle Ridge Copper Project. US-based Mr Ramos is a veteran of the Arizona copper industry and has extensive executive and operational experience as well as broad US networks. He is tasked with taking the Oracle Ridge Project from exploration through to feasibility and potentially operations, and to identify and assess further growth opportunities and potential project acquisitions for Eagle Mountain in Arizona.
Emyria has appointed experienced pharmaceutical expert Dr Karen Smith as chair of its strategic advisory board. US-based Dr Smith holds multiple directorships with innovative pharmaceutical companies and has overseen over 100 clinical trials & 20 regulatory approvals in major global markets.
Tom Wilcox has been appointed general counsel and company secretary of New Century Resources, replacing Oonagh Malone who has resigned from the company after 8 years of service. Mr Wilcox is an experienced legal and corporate governance executive with significant Australian and international experience, both in private practice and in-house.
