Board Moves February 21, 2022

Boss Energy has appointed highly experienced human resources executive Jan Honeyman as non-executive director. Ms Honeyman spent almost 16 years as director of human resources with global miner First Quantum Minerals where she led the human resource function across the group of companies with more than 20,000 employees, and managed more than 100 HR professionals across 11 countries.

Gerry McGann, founding director and former managing director of Eon NRG, has retired from the board after serving 8 years as technical director.

Tim Kennedy will be stepping down as non-executive director of Helix Resources on 18 March, following his appointment to a full-time executive role at another company. He will also step down as non-executive director of Sipa Resources at the end of this month. Mr Kennedy has been on the board of Helix since February 2018, and with Sipa since December 2016.

Marie Malaxos has resigned as an independent non-executive director of Pancontinental Energy. She has served on the board since July 2017.
