Board Moves February 19, 2021

Wayne Bramwell has resigned as non-executive director of Azure Minerals and CZR Resources. Annie Guo has replaced Mr Bramwell as representative of the Creasy Group on the board of CZR.

Garret Dixon has resigned as non-executive chair of Fenix Resources, with current non-executive director Warwick Davies appointed as interim non-executive chair.
