Board Moves December 31, 2021

BauMart Holdings has appointed Ben Talbot as executive director in the new year, and Michael Crichton has stepped down as non-executive director after 6 years on the board. Mr Talbot has over 15 years of experience as a senior financial and engineering consultant, with special interests in the aviation industry and rural communities.

MetalsTech has appointed Candice Stevenson as non-executive director, and Russell Moran will step down as non-executive chair but remains a consultant to the company. Ms Stevenson has over 15 years of experience as a private and public markets professional, with significant expertise in financial management and operations across the natural resources, technology and medical sectors.

Nivin Thanabalan is no longer an alternate director for Brad Mytton at environmental technology and infrastructure company Pearl Global.
