Neurotech International has advised of the passing of its non-executive director and chief scientist, Emeritus Professor Allan Cripps AO. Professor Cripps has been instrumental in helping to shape Neurotech’s pre-clinical and clinical programs since May 2021. He had recently stepped down from the board of INOVIQ due to health issues.
Solstice Minerals has appointed highly experienced mining executive Nick Castleden as chief executive and managing director. Mr Castleden is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. He has particular experience in Western Australian gold, nickel and base metal exploration; and has participated in the discovery and delineation of new gold and nickel sulphide deposits that have made it through feasibility to successful mining. Mr Castleden will commence in the second half of January 2023, at which time current executive director Alastair Morrison will transition to a non-executive director.
Grant Wilson, non-executive chair of TNG since November 2022, has been appointed executive chair. Mr Wilson has led the campaign to change management at TNG. His 25-year career includes extensive experience in global finance, law, media, technology and government.
