Board Moves December 14, 2022

Professor Allan Cripps AO has resigned as non-executive director of INOVIQ due to health issues. Professor Cripps joined the board in January 2020.

Dr Ben Cole, founding managing director of Wide Open Agriculture, will transition to a new role as executive director in order to focus on business development of Buntine Protein® and its commercial manufacturing, investor relations, and the impact on climate and nature. Jay Albany, former chief executive of Dirty Clean Food, will take over as chief executive of Wide Open Agriculture. Mr Albany has over 20 years of experience in the food, financial and digital businesses within the US and Australia.
