Board Moves August 4, 2023

Kalium Lakes has entered into voluntary administration and as a result, Cheryl Edwardes, Brent Smoothy, Simon Wandke, Bob Adam and Sam Lancuba have all resigned from the board.

Macmahon Holdings has advised that Eva Skira AM intends to retire at the end of the AGM on 20 October. Following a well-considered succession planning process, current non-executive director Hamish Tyrwhitt will succeed Ms Skira as chair. Ms Skira joined the board in September 2011 and became chair in June 2019. Mr Tyrwhitt joined the board in October 2019.

Adrian Larking has resigned as non-executive director of Moho Resources. Mr Larking has been with the company since 2014 and was involved in its listing on the ASX in 2018.

Current non-executive director Fabrizio Perilli has been appointed non-executive chair of Okapi Resources, following the retirement of Brian Hill after 1.5 years on the board. Both Mr Hill and Mr Perilli joined the board in February 2022 and August 2022 respectively.
