Attilenore Austria will be stepping down as non-executive director of Celsius Resources at the end of September. She remains the community relations manager and administration & finance manager of its Philippines subsidiaries Makilala Mining Company, Tambuli Mining and PDEP Inc.

Australian natural skincare company Skin Elements has appointed Lee Christensen as non-executive director, following the resignation of John Poulsen from the board. Mr Christensen, principal of CX Law, has over 30 years of experience as a barrister and solicitor in corporate and commercial law; particularly on restructuring and solvency, ASX and ASIC regulatory matters.

The GO2 People has advised that co-founders Billy Ferreira and Paul Goldfinch has resigned as group managing director and non-executive director respectively. Mr Ferreira will remain a group chief executive until the end of September to allow for a transition to the new CEO, Shawn Murphy, who will commence in the role in October. Mr Murphy, chief executive of Skill Hire since August 2020, has worked in successful startup and scale-up companies across the health, medical and human resources sectors.

Titan Minerals has appointed Peter Cook as non-executive chair, taking over from Michael Hardy who has resigned after 2 years as chair. Mr Cook is a geologist and mineral economist with over 35 years of experience in exploration, project, operational and corporate management of mining companies.

WhiteHawk has appointed Brian Hibbeln as non-executive director. Mr Hibbeln has over 20 years of global transformation, commercial and government executive experience. He was a director of the US Department of Defense’s Remote Sensing Center, and has significant experience and connections in global technology innovation, global business alliances, and across US Federal Executives.
