Chalice Mining has appointed highly experienced corporate lawyer Linda Kenyon as an independent non-executive director, with Canadian-based Stephen Quin stepping down from the board after a decade of service at the upcoming AGM in November. Ms Kenyon spent over 32 years at Wesfarmers, was a member of its executive leadership team, and acted as company secretary for 17 years. She had been involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and significant commercial and property transactions during her time at Wesfarmers.
Seven Group Holdings has appointed current non-executive director Terry Davis to succeed Kerry Stokes AC as chair at the upcoming AGM in November. Mr Davis has served on the board since the company’s formation in 2010. Mr Stokes will be retiring as executive chair but remains in an advisory capacity.
Matthew Foy has replaced Marcel Hilmer as company secretary of Vimy Resources. Mr Foy is a chartered secretary with 15 years of experience in facilitating governance and board processes of ASX-listed companies. Mr Hilmer will remain as the company’s chief financial officer.
