Board Moves August 21, 2023

Ardiden has appointed Jeremy Robinson and Matt Freedman as non-executive directors, and Michelle Roth has taken over from Bruce McFadzean as interim non-executive chair. Mr Robinson is a resources executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry, and has held roles ranging from managing director to business development. Mr Freedman is also an executive within the mining and related services sector.

Emyria has appointed Dr Mohit Kaushal as non-executive director, replacing Matt Callahan who is transitioning to an advisory role after 5 years on the board. Dr Kaushal is a renowned figure in clinical transformation and digital health, and a member of the White House Health IT taskforce under the Obama administration. He also built and led the first dedicated health care team at the Federal Communications Commission where his team initiated collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration, as well as leading a team that reformed the Rural Healthcare fund to create the Healthcare Connect Fund.

Lithium Australia has appointed current chief executive Simon Linge to its board as managing director. Mr Linge has been the company’s chief executive since January 2023.

Macmahon Holdings has advised of the passing of non-executive director Bruce Munro. Mr Munro had been with the board since October 2019.
