Ausgold has appointed Tim Kestell as non-executive director. Mr Kestell has over 25 years of capital markets experience and was involved in the transition of two companies from an explorer to gold producer. He is also a long-term significant shareholder of the company.

Dennison Hambling has transitioned from a non-executive director and deputy chair of Threat Protect Australia to an executive director.
