Board Moves April 7, 2021

Perenti has appointed current chief legal & risk officer Rajiv Ratneser as joint company secretary. Mr Ratneser is a senior executive and qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of national and international experience across legal, commercial, governance, risk and internal audit; primarily in the resources, engineering and construction industries. He joined the company in March.

Swift Media has appointed current chief executive Pippa Leary as managing director, and Brian Mangano as chief financial officer and finance director. Ryan Sofoulis has retired as non-executive director but becomes an alternate director for his dad Robert Sofoulis and remains in his executive role as finance manager. Mr Mangano is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in senior executive and management roles at ASX-listed companies. He replaces Geoffrey Greenberg who has resigned as chief financial officer to pursue a new business opportunity in the retail sector where he has enjoyed most of his professional career. Mr Greenberg will remain in the role until 7 May to allow for a smooth and orderly transition.
