Board Moves April 4, 2023

Meteoric Resources has appointed Dr Andrew Tunks as executive chair, and Dr Marcelo de Carvalho as executive director & chief geologist. Both Dr Tunks and Dr de Carvalho joined the board as non-executive directors in June 2022 and November 2021 respectively, with Dr Tunks having been its managing director for over 4.5 years. Patrick Burke will also transition from executive chair to non-executive director. The changes in board structure follows the company nearing its acquisition of the high grade Caldeira REE Project, located in the Minas Gerais State of Brazil where Dr de Carvalho is based.

Middle Island Resources has appointed Roland Bartsch as chief executive. Mr Bartsch is a geologist with 35 years of experience in exploration and mining operations. 

Trevor Dixon will transition from technical director to non-executive director of Redcastle Resources. He has been with the company since December 2021.
